Greystone Technology

Is this your company?

Not as good as they portray, not as bad as it could be. - IT Consultant Greystone Technology Employee Review

Pros

Executive leadership works hard, reasonably flexible work environment- depending on your manager, nice office space and atmosphere. Coworkers can be helpful.

Cons

My manager was terrible, didn’t follow the directives for company culture and treated employees like garbage but put on a good face for execs. Pay was below average and management was not interested in discussing it. Hours were terrible as they expected you to be on call all the time.

Thanks for taking the time to review Greystone on Glassdoor. We're sorry you left with a bad taste in your mouth. When team members are having issues with their direct leadership, we want to know about it while they're still here so that we can work to address it. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to do that in this situation. Our annual salary review process typically provides a solid forum for team members to discuss their salary goals, and generally speaking people love our on-call schedule because we have so many technical people in the rotation. Most team members do on-call one to two times per year, and we recently implemented weeknight after hours coverage to help the client facing teams achieve more solid balance. Thanks for your contributions while you were here. We wish you the best and would be open to hearing your feedback if you're interested in reaching out and having a direct conversation about the concerns you mention here.
