toxic leader - Network Engineer Greypanel Employee Review

I would like to make a complaint about the leader of the support team whose name starts with J and ends with L. This individual has displayed a fake and insincere attitude, has poor interpersonal skills, and appears to be overly self-confident. Despite numerous complaints about their behavior and leadership style, it seems that management has not taken any action to address these concerns.
