Bad management, doesn't care properly about employees. Are treated as numbers

Gressingham really listen to their staff and are one of the pioneering local companies when it comes to training and developing their staff, and even offer a comprehensive mental health program. I have worked here for 8 years and been given flexibility and great opportunities. I would highly recommend this company to work for.

Lack of communication, which we are constantly striving to improve and have systems in place to make this better.
