      Company operates in an ethical manner Generally speaking, nice people My manager was a great guy

      Cons

      Very conservative company, averse to risk-taking and very set in its ways Financial future of company is not promising Company is backwards in some areas of business, ie lacking effective IT tools for managing the business

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
