Pros
There was none, better off fundraising elsewhere.
Cons
Made you work past your home time for free, had to go down to London to stay in a nasty hostel, manager was passive aggressive, far too much admin, had to write a diary on how your day went, why? Having been in the fundraising industry for 8 years previous, it was a very strange company to work for, they created work out of nothing. No work/life balance. I was even hounded on a Sunday!
