Great place to work - Project Manager Greenlight Communities Employee Review

I've only been here for a month, but so far it's a really good group of people with a good work environment. They take care of their employees and it's laid back. As Director of Real Estate Development, I'm already digging into meaningful projects and the collaboration makes coming to work enjoyable. Benefits are on point too!

Still early, no con's yet.

They seem to try hire professional people who know their skill set. Great business model and will definitely continue to succeed, job security in that. Higher level staff paid very well. Very supportive of women.

Very little communication and lack honesty in terms of employee performance. Disorganized and not interested in improvement of processes and stuck in old processes. Not a very friendly environment, in fact I was told to “look friendly” in my headshot for the website which I thought was odd but makes sense after interacting with the staff. They pat themselves in the back for having affordable housing as if they are a non-profit and doing society a favor but in reality they are just a regular developer and charge market rates for rental units like everyone else. They pay administrative and lower level staff very poorly.
