Workload, the company prides itself in running lean so you're always doing the work of 2 or 3 people. Very little training, so many agents lack key knowledge. They run like an assembly line. They offer unlimited time off but you have to push to have PTO approved through management. There is no way to increase time off after 12 years I was told 2 weeks was pushing it. The unlimited time off is 100% due to expanding into IL where PTO must be paid out when leaving a company. They frequently send out surveys to try and figure out why almost no one would recommend working there to their friends.
