Recommended for Freshers. Good for learning new technology. Short office time. So good for work life balance. No such support related work on holiday. Product based company. Regular pressure is less. Very good product to learn and develop technical skill.

Low pay scale. Not recommended after 2 or 3 year of experience. Team is very short. And management doesn't pay any attention to grow the business. Office is situated in a very bad and unsafe location. If you have car then it's good. Otherwise you have to came by train at Majherhat station and take the office cab (it has perticuler schedule) from there. Or you can come from taratala by a rickshaw.

There is nothing that can remotely be a pro

Location - You have to cross a slum, travel through some of the worst maintained roads in India to reach office. Expect a dirty muddy knee high water every day in rainy season. Water gets stuck even in a drizzle. Pigs roam abound. Situated beside a train line. Management - Doesn't want to spend any money and expect everything in return. There are many irregularities in company policy. Does not provide a proper pay slip. No PF or Mediclaim Have to share workplace with marketing teams of UD Marketing. Floor situation extremely bad. Unsafe for women Traffic - As Majherhat bridge has collapsed travelling with a car takes a huge time. Days of work - Open on alternate Saturdays. Upkeep - Unclean toilets and floors. Management uses separate bathrooms.
