Pros
None, the senior managers don't know what they are doing! They treat people terribly & that's why everyone of value leaves! The managers and teams are overworked and depressed. Some would want to blame the industry. However, sadly, it's the working conditions.
Cons
So many cons, that I would be writing an article! If you want unfair treatment at work, want to be bullied, poorly paid and want to suffer abuse at work, I would highly recommend working for GreenAcres! James Penny invests in this company and clearly supports this behaviour within the companies he invests in!
