Pros
Flexible schedule, somewhat nice location
Cons
Management is WACK. Seriously. If you voice your opinion, or express concern about something, you're either ignored or seen as a threat and treated as such. Decisions are often made without any consideration of team morale. Even HR can't be trusted, as they seem to listen to whatever management is telling them. Inappropriate office conversations OFTEN happen with upper management. Sexism is pretty common here, and it seems that "friends" are often promoted than people that work hard. If you work hard and stay quiet, you won't see success. If you work hard and voice opposition or concerns, you definitely won't succeed. If you work hard and roll over meekly, you'll most likely succeed. That being said, success doesn't = $$. The salary here is disgusting. Most don't make cost of living in Seattle, most don't even make $15/hr.
