All of my colleagues are the best I have ever worked with in their fields; from architects to engineers to urban planners and much more, we work as a collaborative team, no competition. Supervisors do not micromanage and strive to value everyone's strengths and individuality. Pay is decent. Holidays and vacation days are very fair.
