      Pros

      nice people. Been there a long time. work very hard hoping to get what is always promised.

      Cons

      management has no clue what they are doing. They turn there head when there is a problem, and blame employees. No leaders. Sales force is a joke. most places fire sales people who do not sell- they promote theirs.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Great Lakes and got along well with 90% of the people there. They are very customer service oriented and put out very good product.

      Cons

      It's a "family" business, so you get what you'd probably expect from the people who are family. Lots of long-time employees there, which I think is because their is not too much change taking place. So those who are comfortable with the status-quo seem to be very comfortable. That was not me.
