Great group of young guys at this base. Good leadership in squad and crew bosses. Get to see a lot of the country and get a lot of experience starting out

- I wasn't at all notified that all their crews were full during the hiring/onboarding process. I ended up spending the whole summer trying to pick up side jobs since I got effectively no hours from Grayback
- Difficult work, long hours when working
- Training is unpaid
