Pros
The hours were set and you get to work from home two days a week. There is a monthly bonus which is nice. The company itself offers great benefits, and the coworkers are wonderful.
Cons
Management in this department is lacking. There is a huge lack of communication and sincerity. They implement drastic changes too fast. I was there for a couple of years and worked my pay up just to have a $3 pay cut and have my monthly bonus stripped away unless I had a certain number of appointments show up- which is out of my control. There is not support or understanding from the team leads.
