      Good people on my team - excellent opportunities for personal growth and initiative. good 401k, benefits were good but have changed (more expensive for higher deductible as I understand)

      Local management was short sighted when I left, poorly guided by corporate. several 'owners' of the building during my career

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Cons

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
