Great work life balance. Good direction from leadership

The workplace can be barren of people sometimes

Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
