Not recommended - Senior Member of Technical Staff Graphene Employee Review

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate the time you've taken to review our company. We are denying your comments completely, based on the following facts; 1. We are a company who religiously do the Performance Review/Increments on completion of 1 year service with Graphene. 2. Also, we are a growing organisation having 550 employees across the world and working with almost 40+ fortune 500 clients. You let us know, how practical is that to involve money in the exit practices unless if it is a notice period recovery. This case will arise when only someone is not adhered to notice period terms. 3. We are an organisation, followed by the policies and processes. Yes, to establish good practices, we have to follow these without fail. If you quote this is not professionalism, we are leaving this up to your discretion. If we are not professional, how we can be an engaged employer in Glassdoor where we are open for the feedback and suggestions. Your review is more of intentional to blame the company. Hence only, We welcome people to provide their structured and genuine feedback rather than showing their anger/emotions on the recognized forums like Glassdoor.
