Pros

When you inform management ( Nandagopal )about your decision to leave company, he we will tell ok and serve 3months notice period, once candidate finishes and comes back for experience and releaving letters, he ll send to HR team (ex: sudheendra) , He ll tell I don't have any update from Mgmt, so I can't help you.

Cons

Releaving and experience letters will not be given to employees if they inform through phone/mail. Graphene will find a loophole to reject to give those letters. Because according to Graphene intention employees are robots, not humans,

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate the time you've taken to review our company. We welcome people to provide their structured and genuine feedback rather than showing their anger/emotions on the recognized forums like Glassdoor. This will enable us to review & evaluate the existing policies and practices followed in our organization. We are denying your allegations completely. If you fulfill the exit terms as per the process & policy, no company is holding right to deny to issue the letters. Your advice to Management is not in true spirit and it clearly shows your emotion rather than suggestion/feedback. We surely will not appreciate this. Last but not the least, Graphene is a growing organization and we always tend to create a healthy work atmosphere with the support of internal & external stake holders. However, at times individual perception may differ from the ideology of the company. Also sure, we would like to help you if your case is genuine. Please come and meet us at office. Thanks.

Pros

there are no pros in this company. i joined because i was not aware of their business.

Cons

There no transparency in company. Many fake promises of salary hike. They even dont remember their own promises. No sign of professionalism in company. Untill you are onsite, they respect you otherwise they dont give a damn about you. also they have business of selling experience letter of their own employee by asking 4-5 lacks (which they may not have even paid to that employee). I recommend you not to join this company.

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate the time you've taken to review our company. We are denying your comments completely, based on the following facts; 1. We are a company who religiously do the Performance Review/Increments on completion of 1 year service with Graphene. 2. Also, we are a growing organisation having 550 employees across the world and working with almost 40+ fortune 500 clients. You let us know, how practical is that to involve money in the exit practices unless if it is a notice period recovery. This case will arise when only someone is not adhered to notice period terms. 3. We are an organisation, followed by the policies and processes. Yes, to establish good practices, we have to follow these without fail. If you quote this is not professionalism, we are leaving this up to your discretion. If we are not professional, how we can be an engaged employer in Glassdoor where we are open for the feedback and suggestions. Your review is more of intentional to blame the company. Hence only, We welcome people to provide their structured and genuine feedback rather than showing their anger/emotions on the recognized forums like Glassdoor. We at Graphene are always open to a constructive feedback. This will enable us to review & evaluate the existing policies and practices followed in our organization. However, thanks for your feedback. Also, we continue with our efforts to make Graphene a great place to work.
