Owner is an amazing resource about wine, all wine from all regions. His understanding and passion are at the top of the pops

Management can not get our of their own way. The culture infects entire work environment with "negativity" from the top down. In two years they have gone through 55 + or - "wine advisors". A skeleton crew is max they can muster.
