Pros
Might depend on managers, but I feel like Granular trusts me and just lets me do whatever I want to do/ however I want to work if I get my work done. Full remote, working at night, taking days off, no one cares. It has many smart people in the company and you have so much room to grow with many other engineers with different backgrounds.
Cons
No stock bonuses, so you don’t feel like you own a piece of the company. This could be plus to some other folks. Not as competitive salary compared to other software companies of the similar qualities. Not recruiting new hires, which could mean a good thing or bad thing but I want more younger blood.
