Pros

There really isn't a pro... maybe the free gym but that's about it...once you get in there and see the lay of the land you realize after 4-6 weeks that this place is a dead end and you are herded into work at 8am EXACTLY like cattle and literally people run out of work at 5:00:01pm feeling like they need a drink.

Cons

Management is an absolute joke. The CEO knows the company is suicidal he just doesn't care because he is making money. The sales department is more like a sweat shop and the Premiere team is tasked with more work than they can handle. People often lie about how much they are making to get the newer guys thinking they too can make the same amount of money. There is no business left for salesman...ZERO you will make the base your first year maybe bump up a few grand here or there but that is if the other reps do not steal your leads. We can't compete with the big names like Verizon or AT&T but don't tell that to the managers or your fired...basically don't tell them anything or your fired also don't ask how to do the job because god forbid you make one of the managers get off of ESPN.com for a second...

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
