Pros
Management clearly communicates and lead by example, expectations are laid out in black and white, everything is well documented and outlined in job 'procedures' making it easy to learn the job, compensation is above average, and benefits package is, especially healthcare coverage, is exceptional.
Cons
Very old fashioned company, being family owned for decades, many things are 'frozen' in time from another era. No real opportunity for true professional growth. For most who live in/around NH's cities, its a very long commute, office culture is very dry, not many young people here.
