Granicus has a highly collaborative environment despite the work being fully remote. The culture is committed to following the best software engineering practices. They truly encourage life/work balance, and have the most flexible vacation policy I have ever seen. The work is challenging, the products and technologies are interesting, and the results help our government bodies function at the local, state and federal levels. Management is responsive and communicates very well.

Unless you work in Government, you probably haven't heard the name Granicus before. So if you tell your friends you joined a great technology company, they will be saying Granicus? Who is Granicus? As with many companies, turnover in staff in the past two years has impacted development team staffing levels.
