Pros

The company implemented a long-term strategy plan and it's delivering results. Hybrid work-environment with an anchor day on Wednesdays. Team is getting better at supporting each other after the anonymity of Covid took over.

Cons

None. Some employees complain but the grass isn't greener elsewhere unless you get out of the industry.

Pros

Nice benefits, usually got a small "bonus" around Christmas of like $100 cash or $1000 pre-tax on our paychecks,

Cons

No training/onboarding to speak of, heavy workload with non-competitive pay/low pay, toxic environment with lots of gaslighting when you bring up issues, the company started going downhill after the CEO retired several years ago and was replaced by a younger guy who's all about profit and less about ensuring our customers were properly taken care of.
