Good place - Customer Service Representative Grand Traverse Container Employee Review

GTC is a great place to work! It has a family feel and they truly care about their employees!

No cons I can think of.

Production manager and some of the supervisors seem to genuinely care about the employees

Upper management only cares about the bottom line. Heat in the summers is nearly unbearable. Staffing shortages are a constant so more responsibilities and work loads fall on fewer people.
