This is a fast paced work environment. If you are able to keep up there is so much you can learn and be exposed to. Senior management values the work that is provided by accounting. The company has gone through several transitions the last 1-2 years positioning to be a stronger company with a lot of future growth. I believe there is an opportunity to advance your career here if you are looking to put in the time and make the commitment.

You need to adapt to the pace of the work environment. It can be hard for some people to acclimate to the reporting demands. However, anyone can overcome this as long as they ask for help and show that they want to improve their quality of work and become a better accountant.
