      only good for wasting your time

      Cons

      just a bunch of Romanian people, a toxic environment with a bossy manager who is an old guy with knowledge of 30 years ago! The salary is really low, you are a DevOps, BA dealing with clients, a UI designer, a software developer, ... you have to do everything then they pay you as a junior developer! do not apply for this company it's just a waste of your time.

      Pros

      Absolutely love it. Great benefits, super talented team and you have a pool of experts to learn from. If you are not learning from the job you can always find resources to learn. Also great work life balance as long as you speak up and say you are overworked and they give you less.

      Flexible hours. Lots of opportunities to sell and grow

      Cons

      Sales targets keep doubling every year. Seems almost unlikely to continuously even hit your targets. Once you do a great year your next year targets are increased even more.
