      Flexible hours. Lots of opportunities to sell and grow

      Sales targets keep doubling every year. Seems almost unlikely to continuously even hit your targets. Once you do a great year your next year targets are increased even more.

      Pros

      Absolutely love it. Great benefits, super talented team and you have a pool of experts to learn from. If you are not learning from the job you can always find resources to learn. Also great work life balance as long as you speak up and say you are overworked and they give you less.

      None to think ok really.

      Cons

      They have outrageous quotas and barely pay you a salary. They make it extremely difficult to earn any type of commission. The management does little to guide or help.
