The design and engineering team are very talented. The team is fully remote and cares about doing great work. The product is one of those magical products that is changing the way people work.
Cons
The leadership team understands how to build a good product, but has not figured out how to lead people and create a culture. There is a lot of turnover from the poor culture, micro-management, and no clear direction.
