The owner can't emotionally regulate and takes it out on his employees. He also talks badly about them behind their backs. There is no support system or proper channels. They run through employees, especially the production team overly quickly leading to the rest of the team to be confused and trying to figure out what to do and then sadly falling behind of which the team will be yelled at for.
