Awesome coworkers, horrible management - Anonymous employee Grace Federal Solutions Employee Review

When I was working there they did mass layoffs with almost no warning. And they just fired some people again with no notice because they can't afford to pay their employees. I should have left this review back when I left in 2022, but I was more understanding the first time it happened. Now I know Iris Philips doesn't know how to run a business, not does any of the management she hires.
