At GovStrive, we value the growth and development of our employees. After twelve (12) months of service, employees are encouraged to explore new opportunities within the company by requesting consideration for available positions. These requests will be reviewed alongside other candidates to ensure a fair process. Additionally, the company may occasionally initiate transfers between departments or locations to best align with operational needs. We are proud to support internal promotions and prioritize advancing our talented team members to higher-level roles when suitable. While we typically prefer promoting from within, we may consider external candidates if it better serves the company's objectives.
To be eligible for promotions or transfers, employees should have held their current role for at least 12 months and have a proven track record of satisfactory performance. Performance evaluations play a key role in promotions, transfers, and compensation decisions, ensuring that hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded. Basing promotion and transfer eligibility on measurable performance metrics ensures this process maintains a level of unbiased integrity.
