Pros
You have a good life balance because you only get 4/6 hours a day unless the manager needs you to cover don’t look forward to 8 hours shift unless you’ve been there for 3 years + it’s not base on performance
Cons
Management will over work you as long as they get inventory put up , but they won’t make others work as hard , so look forward to an unfairly work environment not to mention the low pay what you get every 2 weeks is something you can make in a week and they will work you like crap for it , pay more if your going to act like your running an Amazon facility , the pay isn’t matching the labor
