      Pros

      Sometimes it can be fun and easy, especially when you are working with people you get along with. But don't get me wrong, there are some busy times.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care. They have no interest in you as an employee and they have no interest in listening to what you have to say that could potentially benefit the company.
