-Minimal to no support/training/resources in leadership roles -Promotions & sales for customers on app are not announced before they go live (thus cannot schedule staff accordingly) -No burnout support, very easy to get oversaturated through literal 24/7 communication on computer & phone, hard to get in touch with own boss because they focus on too large of a region and are doing their own job sometimes 12 hours a day -Largely disorganized & company puts revenue and territory growth over investing in and strengthening existing territories
