      Excellent company culture – collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented. Uncapped commission – earning potential is high for those willing to put in the effort. Extensive resources & continuous improvements – the company invests in tools, training, and technology to help recruiters succeed. Opportunities for growth – ability to take on additional roles, expand into different industries, and build a strong book of business.

      Cons

      Lengthy ramp-up period – success takes time, and it can take a few months to start seeing significant income. 100% commission-based – no base salary, so income can be unpredictable initially. No benefits – healthcare, retirement plans, and other traditional benefits are not provided to independent contractors

We are trying to bring in more experienced producers with to lead small teams to all for quicker ramp-up to offset the number one concern.       * Some genuinely kind and supportive coworkers * Remote/flexible aspects of the role may appeal to some people * Opportunity to gain recruiting and sales experience in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      * In my experience, leadership could be overly aggressive and created a very high-stress environment * I personally observed favoritism within parts of management, which negatively impacted morale * Expectations and communication often felt inconsistent * The role became emotionally exhausting and affected my work-life balance * Certain practices and decisions did not align with what I personally considered professional or ethical
