I loved working here. My immediate boss was very kind and a pleasure to work with. I was able to work at my own pace and gained a lot of valuable PR & Marketing experience. I definitely had a voice and felt appreciated for the work I contributed.

Definitely SEVERELY underpaid and no room for advancement on the corporate side. At the the time,I was a college graduate and in graduate school. I graduated with my MBA while working there and still did not receive a raise. My immediate supervisor was a VP, so you can see there is very little for growth in the company. Non-profits love to underpay their employees who keep the business afloat. That needs to change. We raised A LOT of money for this company. Goodwill's mission helps people get back into the workforce, but they pay their employees the least. It's time to compensate employees a competitive rate. Especially if they actually want to see their employees grow.
