Donation Attendant - Donation Attendant Goodwill Employee Review

Multiple projects are needed to be completed and almost impossible to get done in time. Management expects too much with only 2 donation attendants. Multiple managers aren't on the same page and each manager wants different projects done at the same time and becomes really confusing. Brutal during the summers because you are outside half of the time. Hardly any room to move up within the company. No air conditioning in the break room and breaks become more difficult than actual work. Management accepts more work from trucks (550) when they don't need to while we are really busy which makes it near impossible for us donation attendants to close.
