      It is a great place to work if you enjoy helping people or working in social service industry. Good opportunity to work with different demographics of people.

      Cons

      Goodwill is a non profit industry and as a result, operate on a shoestring budget. Their equipment is often outdated and software is usually not the best tool for the job.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
