The environment of Goodwill is very positive, and the managers work well with you. If you do very well, you could get a higher salary which could happen very often if you are a hard worker.

The costumers can be very rude at times, especially on half off Saturdays, It can also get very crowded and unorganized at times on certain sale days which makes it chaotic,
