      Pros

      Great people too work with.Hard working employees trying to eek out a decent living.

      Cons

      Poor management which leads by intimidation. Hands off product so hands wont get dirty.Great employees constantly being harrassed.Not a nice place too work.Very low pay no raises.People on top make all the money.Poorly run managers arent bright so its like your chasing your tail because of there stupid decisions. One more thing this is my first hand opinion

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
