Pros
Good pay, good benefits, company gets involved in community outreach programs, WFH was successful.
Cons
Some people were allowed to do whatever they want, act however they want, even if it included being disrespectful to other employees. They would act out and continuously get their way. The "culture" that was constantly discussed by HR was non-existent. Departments would constantly fight with each other and there was really no comradery. Upper management would constantly put each other down "jokingly" and it eventually became somewhat uncomfortable to listen to. There were/still are employees that don't do their work and it was known by management yet nothing was done about it. The company as a whole doesn't really show any employee appreciation. Some people are managers and should really not be. The turnover in certain departments is very telling.
