Time flexibility and the opportunity to effect change and inspiration to young people in my care.
Cons
There is a running office culture that simulates a juvenile, high school milieu. The employees are clique-ish and will not hesitate to bully new hires no matter how nice the new hires may be. Teamwork is almost nonexistent and employees could use personal relations seminar to learn how to interact in a mature, professional manner.
