Pros
-Employee Discounts -Schedules are set. But becomes an issue when sick or unable to come in. -Interaction with customers. Learn a lot about various aspects of healthy living. -Most of the management staff is great. -When you have questions about your particular set of duties, or a problem arises at the register, no one rolls their eyes, or gets upset. Which is comforting.
Cons
-Impossible to get a shift covered. -Poor Management -Make you feel guilty when sick, or when a personal issue arises. -As a married college student trying to pay off car/ medical bills and make rent, the wages are too low. -No room for growth. They stick you in one spot and don't allow you to learn new tasks. Even when you ask to be trained. -Say they will follow through on schedule changes, training, etc. But don't. -If you have any chronic medical conditions, this is not the place for you to work.
