Pros

Great brand incentives, I felt for my learning style training was good and courses too.

Cons

No room for promotions, management, lack of support for employees, management do not live on values and favouritism. High pressure and under valued. Assistant manager micromanages and treats employees like they are in school telling them off when genuine mistakes are made, like a special Order spelt wrong or forgot to clean a cabinet. A lot of staff are judged for trying to work hard but not involve themselves in drama.... penalised for saying no for swapping a shift an hour before starting. Asking to work holidays and work 6 days a week sometimes and no time back when working extra hours. And not given overtime pay. When you speak to management to advise your unhappiness they try drive you out anyway possible! Instead of conversations about problems they issue disciplinary for anything without correct procedures
