Cons
Work/health benefits are fairly standard for a large consultant - can be expensive for basic coverage Work life balance can be challenging but ultimately up to the employee to manage WSP integration is slow but to be expected given the size of acquisitions Compensation is not transparent (i.e. bonus) and can have significant overlap between bands. Generally below average relative to industry in the Junior/Intermediate levels.
