Pros
Phenomenal staff, faculty, administration, students, and parents. Leadership is willing to listen to reasoned opposition, develops policies that are well thought out, and is grounded in reality when asking things of teachers. Fellow faculty members truly love their subjects and enjoy sharing with peers and students alike. It's an honor to be considered equal to these scholars. Staff is incredibly supportive and willing to do whatever needs doing. Students are well behaved, as they know and respect the standards the school upholds. They work diligently, and truly appreciate teachers that love their subjects. Parents are incredibly supportive, and have very high expectations of their children and of the teachers.
Cons
Parents require a lot of communication, but frankly I find that refreshing. Administration expects only the best, as they should. The workload is overwhelming at times, especially considering the quality that is expected of us.
