      Pros

      Good perks, although the company uses perks as means of control.

      Cons

      I was one of about 20 to witness the President of company, Alice Wang, scream and humiliate a co-worker. If you are not part of inner circle, prepare to be sabotaged. Not able to see the employees who wanted to be fired over the employees who simply wanted to work. Sad to say but lots of sexual harassment is being over looked by the executives.

      Joining GST has been a great experience. From day one, the team has been welcoming, and the onboarding and training processes have been efficient and well-organized.       Pros

      We just celebrated our 40th year anniversary. Proud to be a part of this milestone. GST did an amazing job recognizing employees for their contributions and dedication to GST.

      Cons

      No cons worth mentioning, Grateful to be a part of a great organization where I feel valued.
