      There are no pros for me at this organisation.

      Cons

      Toxic organisation. Some got on with it but I did not. Some good people constrained by the toxic culture which ran from the top of the organisation.

      Pros

      Modern city centre office. Small gym, showers, free barista coffee. Lots of social events in the office. Forward thinking company, investing, it is fast paced and they put the customer first. Career progression opportunities for staff to move between teams or get promoted.

      Cons

      City Centre location means no parking but there's a bus stop outside and it's less than 10 minutes walk to Central and Queen Street stations

      Friendly, remote working - at the time.

      Cons

      As with any SME it was on a maturity journey. Great if you want to help shape an organisation and make a difference.
