Pros
Employees really try to make a difference & care about the day-to-day tasks they perform to contribute to the overall success of the company. They work hard, countless hours & care deeply about the craftsmanship of the work they produce and/or the items they create & take pride in the end product.
Cons
Management staff doesn’t seem to have their eyes (or ears) open to know or care to know the employees that are REALLY doing the majority of the workload! Employees are not recognized or compensated anywhere near what they should be compensatqed for the workload they each carry. Management just continues to pile more tasks on each employee to be able to keep the headcount low & under budget so that money can be spent on other miscellaneous non-feasible nonsense. One of the worst things is that Goldbug is a “Women Owned Company” & they don’t even offer any type of Maternity Leave in their Benefits!! You have to save up & use your personal vacation and/or sick days to be able to take off anytime after having a child!!
