Scam, run. - Regional Director Gold Stream Solutions Employee Review

I miss working here so much. My husband took a position in another state and since he had been working toward this promotion for a few years, I of course, was willing to give up my own opportunity. It was really hard for me to let go of my career with Gold Stream because even though I was only part of the company for about 9 months, the amount of growth I experienced personally and professionally has been completely unparalleled by any of the opportunities I have found in my new city. I have had a hard time reading some of these reviews because I do not understand how others could view the same experience in any negative light, but I will say, it speaks more to the employee than to Gold Stream.

I could not take them with me when I moved.

- Great for recent graduates - Great for people that are still staying with parents or still have that support - Travel (paid) - Title promotions - Some of the people are really sharp, stick with those people you will go far. - Morning meetings can be fun. Informational.

-The whole thing felt like mind manipulation. They use basic human emotions and twist everything that they can to make it seem like an opportunity. It is not. -The morning meetings are optional and so are some of the other optional meetings that they have, you do not get paid to attend but it is definitely FROWNED UPON. - Travel is compensated back to you on your check but only the gas. Food is not included. And since they only start at 7.25 an hr. you don't have much to work with. That is if you have responsibilities. You will be in a city all alone with no money. BEWARE. - They reward people that don't deserve it. There are leaders that aren't fit to be leaders. They just have a false bravado and an air of entitlement. - Do not let them know what it is that drives you. They will use that during every conversation to keep you hooked. - Don't be fooled by the pot of gold at the end of the tunnel. It is there but there is also a hierarchy of people that are up for promotions before you. - Work Life Balance is HORRIBLE
